Welcome to Burnt Birch Trailer Association
Burnt Birch Trailer Association (BBTA) is a member-owned
RV Park located on Pigeon Lake, approximately 100 km south of
the City of Edmonton. It lies nestled west of Highway 2, south of
Secondary Road 616 and north of Highway 13. BBTA is located
on the east shore of Pigeon Lake approximately 3 km south of
Mulhurst Bay, Alberta. There are 155 RV sites in the park
serviced with underground power and seasonal shallow-bury
water lines. Access to the site is available on local municipal
roads. The park has lake shore access which includes a
developed beach area and a boat launch ramp. Boat storage
parking stalls are available on site for rent to BBTA members. A
resident Park Manager lives on site year-round to provide
maintenance of the park roads and overall site monitoring for
security purposes. Members can leave their RV units parked on
their lots twelve months of the year.
