About Us
Burnt Birch Trailer Association (BBTA) is owned and managed by a group of volunteer members/owners as a not-for-profit society that was incorporated in Alberta in 1984, Burnt Birch Trailer Association is operated on an annual funded debt-free basis with all members sharing equally in the annual maintenance cost of the park. A set of Bylaws for operation of the Association and Rules and Regulations governing all site improvements have been agreed upon by all members. These rules and regulations are enforced by the Board of Directors to maintain BBTA's overall development standards as an RV Park.
Members pay a small fee to join the Association in addition to a membership transfer fee and a one-time fee for the exclusive use of their designated measured lot. Memberships are available for purchase privately from existing members whose lots may include site improvements such as decks and add-on structures. All lot membership sales are regulated under BBTA's "Sales Policy" and are subject to payment of the appropriate membership and transfer fees to BBTA. New members must be approved for membership in the Association by the Board of Directors prior to BBTA's acceptance of the transfer of a member's assigned lot.
