Burnt Birch Trailer Association
a member-owned community
About Us

Burnt Birch Trailer Association (BBTA) is owned and
managed by a group of volunteer members/owners as a
not-for-profit society that was incorporated in Alberta in 1984,
Burnt Birch Trailer Association is operated on an annual funded
debt-free basis with all members sharing equally in the annual
maintenance cost of the park.  A set of Bylaws for operation of
the Association and Rules and Regulations governing all site
improvements have been agreed upon by all members.  These
rules and regulations are enforced by the Board of Directors to
maintain BBTA's overall development standards as an RV Park.

Members pay a small fee to join the Association in addition to
a membership transfer fee and a one-time fee for the exclusive
use of their designated measured lot.  Memberships are
available for purchase privately from existing members whose
lots may include site improvements such as decks and add-on
structures.  All lot membership sales are regulated under BBTA's
"Sales Policy" and are subject to payment of the appropriate
membership and transfer fees to BBTA.  New members must be
approved for membership in the Association by the Board of
Directors prior to BBTA's acceptance of the transfer of a
member's assigned lot.

Information about BBTA and how it is operated can be
obtained from any member of the Board of Directors.  If you are
interested in a membership on one of BBTA's unassigned lots
