    BBTA Annual Maintenance and Guest Usage Fees

    Annual Maintenance Fees (2009 to 2010 season)*:






         Interest is charged at 2% per month commencing from the due date.  This charge applies to all arrears
         on a member's account.
    Secondary Lots do not have power outlets and are only used to provide additional space for Primary Lots.
    Additional RV units, other than pop-up trailers and Guest RV units, are not allowed on Secondary Lots.
